Each module builds on the last to take you from emotional chaos to emotional clarity — with soul, science, and practical tools to support your transformation.

Module 1: Mapping your emotional triggers

You'll develop an emotional map to capture how you truly feel throughout the day. This practice will help you become more aware of your emotional patterns.

Module 2: Understanding your emotional triggers

You'll uncover why emotions are triggered and  learn how to identify which situations or relationships caused them, to bring awareness and help understand your triggers clearly. 

Module 3: Reframing your emotional triggers

This module will help reframe these triggers to shift your reactions from frustration to empowerment, which will help you change the lens through which you see the world.

Module 4: Releasing past emotional triggers (with meditation)

This module is about healing your past. Imagine your past as a backpack you've been carrying filled with emotional weight from old wounds and experiences. You'll  learn to lighten that load with a powerful, activating meditation.

Module 5: Consciously confront your emotional triggers

This module will move you through the practical skills you'll need to address challenging interactions directly. Imagine confidently speaking up, clearly expressing your feelings, and achieving resolutions that respect everyone involved. This is what conscious confrontation is all about.

Module 6: Raising your emotional set point

The next transformative step to help transcend these triggers is to raise your emotional set point. You'll evaluate your current emotional set point to help understand how you're showing up. You'll also evaluate some of the relationships around you to better understand if these relationships are serving you.

Module 7: Moving from victim to empowerment (with meditation)

​This module helps you shift from feeling like life's happening to you, toward a powerful state of life happening for you. You'll learn to understand why you may fall into victimhood, how it doesn't serve you and move through a powerful meditation to help you release some of the charge victimhood can have over you.

Module 8: The transformative power of forgiveness (with meditation)

This powerful module helps you  explore why forgiveness is one of the most transformative practices you can adopt—and how it can create lasting freedom in your life. You'll unpack why

forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself, with a powerful meditation to help you start to forgive those around you and even yourself.

  • Once you sign up you will get instant access to the course, and you can always go back to the course whenever you like to redo modules if new triggers arise. 

  • The course is self paced so you can complete it as quickly or slowly as you like. I recommended really digging deep and doing the exercises thoroughly to get the best result.
