From a very young age, I struggled to understand why war existed, why governments and religions allowed humans to kill each other, and the vast inequality in the world!

As I grew up, I began to realise that so much of who we become is shaped by what we learn at a young age. Our race, culture, religion, the country we're born in, and the opportunities we're given, all play a role in shaping our identity. As a collective, we operate within a shared consciousness - what we deeply believe as a society influences us all. When I understood this, I embarked on a path of self-discovery, questioning societal expectations and choosing to create a life that was more authentic to me. I realised that if I wanted change, it had to start with me, no one else could do it for me.

Over the years I have embarked on an amazing journey of self discovery, and through multiple courses and spiritual practices have gained extensive experience. This includes;
